This policy explains how ACME Pressure Washing LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website.
Information you give us
Our forms collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, city, state, ZIP code, company name, property type, the service you need, project timeframe, message, and how you heard about us. Fields vary by form. A form may also collect your consent choice. We use your contact form information to respond to your request. It goes to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel.
When you use our chat assistant, we collect the messages you type. If you choose to share them, we also collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and details about the work you need. Anthropic's AI service uses your messages to generate replies. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep the chat transcript and any details you provide. Chat details are also sent to LeadConnector / HighLevel so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
Our website automatically collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time on the site. Website tools also use cookies and browser storage. Depending on the tool, they collect request information, campaign information, browser identifiers, and website activity.
We use website tools to measure visits and page speed, understand how you find and use the site, credit requests to campaigns, measure advertising results, and show ads to people who visited the site. Other tools host and deliver pages, check form submissions, protect the site from attacks and bots, and display fonts, maps, reviews, images, and other content.
Sharing and tracking

Yes, other parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. We share information for targeted advertising and use identity-resolution tools. The visitor identification service tries to identify otherwise anonymous visitors by matching their browsers to identity data held by partner networks. LiveIntent links browsers to identifiers used for advertising. These services collect activity across other websites.
Cookie choices and browser signals
Analytics and advertising tools stay off until you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner or scroll the page while the banner is showing. Scrolling while the banner is showing counts as accepting these tools.
